Recovery of MI-24 crew brilliantly planned operation – analyst

Political analyst Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan has praised the
Nagorno-Karabak Defense Army’s military operations that led to the
recovery of the downed MI-24 crew members.
“The evacuation of the Armenian pilots required considerable efforts
and energy by our servicemen. A brilliantly planned operation that
continued several days, it was eventually crowned with success today,”
the expert says in a Facebook post, adding that an organizer who was
contacted shortly after described the operations as a war of special
subdivisions.
Melik Shahnazaryan added that the Armenian forces managed to explore
the site in the past days, studying the quality and quantity of the
Azerbaijani military’s weapons and killing five special detachment
members.
“This is how real heroes should be; serves our soldiers and army
command right! I am sure the evacuation of the Armenian pilots’ bodies
will become a text-book material for our – and also probably – many
other counties to [train] future scouts and special detachment
members,” reads the post.
