The Government of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh,
has opened its official page on Facebook.
The objective of this decision is to raise the transparency and
openness of the government activities.
In addition, the NKR Government Facebook account will enable the
people to maintain contact with the executive branch of power.
