CITY HALL NOTORIOUS OFFICIAL’S SON DETAINED
On September 2 a Porsche Cayenne car with the plate 10 PR 100 was
taken to the police’s special protection area. Photo reporter Gagik
Shamshyan informed that the driver was Shoghik Karamyan, the passenger
was Davit Navasardyan.
The photo reporter informs that at 3 am the car stopped at the City
Hall, the passenger Davit Navasardyan displayed disrespect towards
the participants of the sit-in, spitting and shouting abuse.
The demonstrators called the police, and the police found the offenders
and took them to the police department. The driver did not have her
driving license with her. She and the passenger underwent a medical
examination. Both had taken alcohol.
The photo reporter informs that Davit Navasardyan is the son of the
head of the department of transport Henrik Navasardyan.
Note that the participants of the sit-in in front of the City Hall
demand resignation of Henrik Navasardyan. Henrik recently dismissed
rumors that his son as involved in the “actions in defense of fathers”.
