Tigran Khzmalyan, one of the activists taking part in a protest
in front of Building 5 in Komitas Ave., Yerevan, has been detained
by policemen.
A resident informed Tert.am that a clash occurred between local
residents and policemen, and the residents tried to prevent the
policemen from detaining Khzmalyan.
“We could not do anything, and they forced Tigran into the car and
took him to the police station,” the resident said.
