MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING SIGNED BETWEEN ARMENIAN AND CHINESE DEFENSE MINISTRIES

YEREVAN, JULY 31, ARMENPRESS: In Administrative complex of
Armenian Defense ministry on July 31 was signed memorandum of
understanding between Defense ministries of the Republic of Armenia
and People’s Republic of China on cooperation issues in educational
sphere. “Armenpress” was informed from Information and Public relations
department of Armenian defense ministry that the document will give
opportunity to organize education of Chinese officers in Armenian
universities during 2013-2014 academic year.
Armenian-Chinese official talks started, when the People’s Republic of
China officially recognized the Republic of Armenia on December 27th,
1991. Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the
People’s Republic of China were established on April 6th 1992.
On 10th October, 1996 in Beijing was opened the Embassy of the Republic
of Armenia. The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China was opened
inYerevan on July 1992.
