Turkey is pursuing a process to normalize relations with Armenia at the bilateral level, Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Beris Ekinci said.
“High-level visits between our countries, which have intensified recently, have made a significant contribution to strengthening bilateral dialogue. We have taken concrete steps in transport, energy and culture, as well as toward the resumption of direct trade,” Ekinci said.
She expressed the view that these developments provide a basis for looking to the region’s future with optimism.
