CONSCRIPT DIED IN NKR MILITARY UNIT

On February 21, at around 9:30am an extraordinary incident occurred
in an NKR military unit resulting in the death of the conscript Karen
Hakobyan born in 1994.
NKR Defense Ministry reports that details will follow. Investigation
is underway.
