A Yerevan court was to resume on January 21 the hearing in the case
of 18-year-old Hayk Khachatryan, who died in the army from chicken
pox in December, 2011. However, the advocate did not show up in the
court because of health problems.

Hayk Khachatryan was taken to hospital with facial neuritis. The
parents claim that Hayk died because of the indifference and
mistreatment shown by commanders and doctors.

The date of the next court session is still unknown.
