Strategic exercises of the Armenian armed forces started today in
Armenia, News-Armenia reports referring to the press service of the
Defense Ministry. The exercises will last one month.
“The aim of the exercises is to check the military plans of the armed
forces, the preparation of the necessary forces, the transfer of the
practical experience to the governmental and municipal organs, the
heads of the armed forces and the mobilizing resources, checking the
possibilities of the participants and the resources,” the message says.
The press service noted that these exercises will improve the skills
of the soldiers and fulfil military tasks.
