YEREVAN, APRIL 19, ARMENPRESS. Armenia has registered obvious success
over Azerbaijan in the war of information. Political scientist Hrant
Melik-Shahnazaryan had a press conference with the journalists on April
19. The interlocutor dwelled on the statement made by Ilham Aliyev that
Azerbaijan scores a victory over Armenia referring the influence of

weapon is the chance to gather and distill the information. Armenia
has advantages in this context as Azerbaijan is considered dictatorship
by international community.
