ARKADY GHOUKASSYAN TO BE BACK TO NAGORNY KARABAKH

Ex-president of the Nagorny Karabakh Republic Arkady Ghoukassyan is
likely to get the position of NKR Foreign Ministry shortly.
Referring to its own sources Zhamanak newspaper writes that there
are quite different opinions around the given issue in NKR. However,
Arkady Ghoukassyan, Armenian President’s Representative for Special
Affairs, will probably take the position of NKR Foreign Minister.
Ghoukassyan is among the few officials informed of the developments
in the negotiation process.
He will replace NKR Foreign Minister Georgy Petrosyan who was elected
a member of ARFD Bureau last week and will automatically leave his
post of the minister.
