Azerbaijan puts forward condition in front of the EU

The Vice-Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Valeh Alesgerov stated
that `For Azerbaijan it is impossible to join the European Union until
the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan is not regained and the
inhabitants are not returned to their residences,’ pia.az reports, `It
is impossible to speak about the membership until this problem is
solved,’ he said.
