HARVEST PROBLEM AT THE SESSION OF SECURITY COUNCIL

On June 10 President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan convened a
session of security council, where issues of organizing grain crops
harvest were discussed.
Minister of Agriculture Armo Tsatryan and director of Rescue Service
Artur Haroutyunyan delivered a report. Director of the Village and
Agriculture Assisting Fund Vahram Baghdasaryan and heads of the
regional administrations delivered a speech as well.
President B.Sahakyan assigned a task to the Government to form an
operative headquarters till June 15, 2011 for organizing the harvest
in a productive way. The headquarters will take necessary measures
and will submit information to the President of the Republic with a
10-day periodicity.
B.Sahakyan emphasized that the harvest has a strategic significance
and its whole process must be widely covered by the mass media.
