On December 17 member of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun parliamentary faction
Artsvik Minasyan assessed Karen Karapetyan’s candidacy for Yerevan
Mayor. Recall, Artsvik Minasyan was a Mayor candidate promoted by the
ARFD, he led the ARFD list for the Elders’ Council, but the party lost.
Artsvik Minasyan said that Karen Karapetyan is a good manager with
modern approaches, but added that he is not a political figure.
According to Artsvik Minasyan he will refrain from assessing Karen
Karapetyan’s political positions. Minasyan says life will show how
Karapetyan will work.
Underlining that Karapetyan is a good manager, Artsvik Minasyan said
“such professionals are necessary for the private sector”.
