downloaded a video clip purporting that the singing sister duo of
Inga and Anoush Arshakyan, who represented Armenia in Eurovision 2009,
lifted the music for their song "Nor Par" from a composition entitled
"Nakhchivan", penned by someone called Tofik Kouliyev.
