Turkish dialogue parallels Minsk group

BAKU – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said yesterday they are
carrying out talks over Nagorno-Karabakh with Turkey but that these
talks do not contradict the principles of the Minsk group.

Lavrov, who met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku
yesterday, also said they are ready to provide the necessary support
to solve the problem peacefully.
