PROPERTY AND CASH ASSETS OF HAYQ DAILY DISTRAINED

On February 19, 2009, the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service
of the Ministry of Justice distrained the property and cash assets
of Hayq daily.
The decision was based on the action filed by Gind printing house
where the daily was printed. The printing house demanded to distress
the property and financial assets of the opposition newspaper at the
rate of about 2 million 677 thousands drams. According to the same
decision the publication of Hayq daily has been stopped.
