On 26 October President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree, according to which serviceman of the NKR Defense Army Gurgen Ayvazyan was posthumously awarded with the “For Service in Battle” medal for bravery shown during the defence of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic state border, NKR President’s Press Office reports.
