captain Aleksandr Moiseev.
On 12 September, Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasiliy Istratov
presented newly appointed military attache Moiseev to Azerbaijani
Defence Minister Colonel-General Safar Abiyev, Azerbaijani Defence
Ministry said to Trend News on 12 September.
Defence Minister and Ambassador discussed the strained situation in
the region and the ways to settle the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
