The NKR government has affirmed the bill on eviction for public needs.
According to the minister of justice Narine Narimanyan, the ground
for eviction can be the dominant public interest only.
Everyone knows about innumerable cases when a person with the
certificate on registration of the right for property is literally
forced to "sell" it for a low price. In most of these cases the
action is "explained" by public or state interests. The result is
decreasing confidence in the institution of registration of the right
for property.
