The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs stated a few days ago in Stepanakert
that the sides did not agree on some points. President Bako Sahakyan
confirmed, who said there are points which are not in the interests
of the NKR people.
In answer to the question whether the issue of territories is among
these points, the NKR minister of defense Movses Hakobyan said the
talks are confidential and he cannot answer this question.
