Armenian national team weightlifter Alexandra Grigoryan is set to compete at the World Weightlifting Championships in Ningbo, China, on October 30.
Grigoryan, a European champion and multiple medal winner, as well as a World Championships bronze medalist, will compete in the women’s 57kg category.
The competition is scheduled to begin at 12:00 Yerevan time.
Earlier, Armenia’s Garnik Cholakyan competed in the men’s 65kg category, finishing 18th overall.
