Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and UK Trade Minister Anas Sarwar discussed cooperation in security and the defence industry.
Azerbaijan’s presidential website reported this, adding that Aliyev received a British delegation led by Sarwar on 6 October.
“During the meeting, prospects for cooperation between the two countries in energy, the economy and trade, business, security, the defence industry, data centres, artificial intelligence, agriculture, education and other sectors were discussed,” the statement said.
