Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan attended a reception marking the Federal Republic of Germany’s national day, German Unity Day.
According to a statement published on the Armenian government’s official Facebook page, the deputy prime minister congratulated the friendly people of Germany on this significant occasion on behalf of the Armenian government and himself.
Grigoryan noted that Germany was one of Armenia’s main trading partners and expressed confidence that joint efforts would help further deepen mutually beneficial economic cooperation.
The deputy prime minister expressed his appreciation for Germany’s support for Armenia’s democratic reforms and sustainable development, which was further reinforced by the outcomes of intergovernmental negotiations held in Berlin in October last year.
Mher Grigoryan reaffirmed that Armenia attached great importance to further developing relations with Germany across a broad range of sectors for the well-being of the two friendly peoples.
