Absheron, inhabited mostly by Caucasian Persians (Tatars) who are Shia believers, has no drinking water even in this rainy year, when this peninsula provides significant revenues from oil and gas sources managed by the personal whim of the dictator of Baku.
This is the real state of the enemy, which is trying to present itself as a developed and powerful state, which in reality is a noticeably inflated propaganda bubble that can burst at the first serious test.
