Russia has set a deadline for Armenia

The Pashinyan-Putin telephone conversation and subsequent information exchanges show that the existing problems are not only not being solved, but they have tendencies to deepen.

If the Armenian authorities are trying to covertly implement the decision to go to confrontation, Moscow directly escalates the game.

Two things are obvious. Moscow is trying to put the issue of the referendum in RA on the agenda, with the question of the EU or EAEU?

And secondly. Russia seems to have set a deadline for Armenia to get answers to the questions raised by it, after which it will act much tougher.

Among other concerns and multiple threats, it is problematic that ordinary citizens are suffering, at least so far, as a result of the brutal confrontation.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
