One billion drams, administrative control and ban on absenteeism – Davit Ghazinyan

Today, the first hearing in the case of Davit Ghazinyan, a member of the “Strong Armenia” party and an elected member of the National Assembly, is taking place at the Anti-Corruption Court, chaired by Judge Levon Petrosyan. Let’s remind that the latter is accused in the vain case of alleged election bribery.

During the court session, the public prosecutor, a graduate of the Faculty of Law of YSU, petitioned to change Davit Ghazinyan’s detention with bail in the amount of 1 billion drams, administrative supervision and a ban on absenteeism.
