He directly stated that he recognized him as Gagik Tsarukyan’s lawyer. The Code of Criminal Procedure states: “A lawyer may not be examined as a witness in connection with the services rendered by him as a lawyer. They didn’t learn that much, they didn’t manage to teach me, I prevented it, I asked that question during the confrontation, because I saw that they want to prepare grounds for removing me from the proceedings, because I am disturbing a lot by exposing their illegalities,” added the lawyer.
It should be noted that today at 15:00 Yerem Sargsyan was invited to the RA Investigative Committee for questioning as a witness.
