My nephews and I have done 100,000 times more for the military than Suren Pa

106 candidates for the deputy included in the electoral list of the “Strong Armenia” alliance of parties application for withdrawal submitted to the Central Electoral Commission.

In the conversation with the journalists, the leader of the “Strong Armenia” party, Samvel Karapetyan, mentioned that all the candidates who submitted their resignations continue to be their teammates.

“That is also part of our secret plan. All are our teammates and remain our teammates. All of them endured repressions, they cannot be unreliable. That’s our political tactic,” he continued, alluding to the factor of ongoing repression.

“700 people were arrested, 5 of them have public recognition,” he emphasized.

As for the issue of the candidate for the NA vice president, Samvel Karapetyan said that they have not discussed this issue yet, but they will discuss it very soon.

And to the reminder that RA Defense Minister Suren Papikyan has repeatedly stated that they should tell why his sons and his nephews did not serve in the Armenian army, the leader of the “Strong Armenia” party responded.

“My sons, my nephews have done a hundred thousand times more for the Armenian army than Suren Papikyan after living for 5000 years, so let him think about himself, life will show who should think about whom. All of them have honorable reasons, they did not serve for that reason, no one will have a dishonorable reason.”

To the journalist’s retort, “Did they do science?” Karapetyan urged the journalist asking the question to do the research.

“Go ask them the question, they know very well, whatever I say now, there will be a biased answer. That’s why I said: Suren Papikyan will never dream of how much those guys have done for the RA army,” continued Samvel Karapetyan, not elaborating on what exactly they did in response to the journalist’s question.
