Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan is on a visit to Luxembourg at the invitation of EU top diplomat Kaja Kallas to participate in a discussion in the format of the EU Foreign Affairs Council, the foreign ministry has announced.

A video released by the foreign ministry showed Mirzoyan greeting EU Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos, High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas, as well as counterparts from across Europe.
