Out of 922 persons under house arrest in the Republic of Armenia, 869 have the right to vote.
As of 12:30 p.m., 434 people expressed their desire to participate in the election, of which 205 have already voted.
“In order to exercise the right to vote, the Probation Service of the RA Ministry of Justice organized and carried out the escorting of persons under house arrest to the relevant polling stations in accordance with the law.
The Probation Service continues to ensure the unimpeded exercise of the electoral right of persons under house arrest who have the right to vote, respecting the principles of legality, equality and protection of constitutional rights.
The data are presented as of 12:30 p.m. and may be changed during the voting process,” the RA Ministry of Health said in a statement.
