Canadian Ambassador pays tribute to Armenian Genocide victims at Yerevan memor

The Ambassador of Canada to Armenia, Andrew Turner, visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial in Yerevan on Friday to pay tribute to the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims.

Ambassador Turner posted a photo from the memorial and said: “It was a great honor for me today, on Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day, to represent Canada at Tsitsernakaberd. A powerful, moving ceremony.”

April 24, 2026, marks the 111th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
