On July 26, the stamp dedicated to “Sport. 100th anniversary of the Armenian General Athletic Union” was put into circulation.
This process was done by Deputy Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies Armen Arzumanyan, Deputy Minister of Diaspora Babken Ter-Grigoryan, Chairman of the Central Board of the Armenian General Athletic Union Garnik Mkrtichyan, Chairman of the Union of Philatelists of Armenia Hovik Musayelyan, Acting Chief Executive Officer of “HayPost” CJSC Hayk Avagyan.
The logotype dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian General Athletic Union and a scene from an event organized by the Armenian General Athletic Union are depicted on the stamp.
The postal stamp has a nominal value of 330 drams and it is printed in French “Cartor” printing house with 40.000 copies. The author of the stamp is designer of “HayPost” CJSC Vahe Muradyan.
