Army’s duty to rebuff enemy’s attacks – NKR defense minister

Hakobyan told reporters on Wednesday that succession of generations is
of importance if the army now.
“It is much more difficult and responsible for young people nowadays
because they must not only be able to preserve the older generations’
achievements, but also prove they are worthy sons of our heroes,” Mr
Hakobyan said on the on Armenian Army Day.
Asked about soldiers’ morale in the context of latest developments, Mr
Hakobyan said:
“Yes, our soldiers are ready for battle. When any shocks or incidents
occur in our country, the enemy thinks they can succeed. But our
people can overcome the difficulties. I do not think the war proper is
over now because a peace treaty has not yet been signed. Border
tension take place, but it is not a problem for the army.”
