ARMENIA’S CONSTRUCTION OUTPUT DROPS TO 344.5BLN DRAMS IN ELEVEN MONTHS
YEREVAN, January 14. /ARKA/. Armenia’s construction output amounted to
344.5 billion drams in January-November, a decrease of 5.4% compared
to the same period of the year before, ArmStat reported.
The November reduction only was 10.1% compared to November 2013,
according to the report.
Population-paid construction amounted to 77.9 billion drams or 22.6%
of the overall construction volume (decrease of 22.9%). Construction
works paid for by organizations amounted to 160.1 billion drams,
which is 46.5% of the overall volume (0.3% increase).
Construction paid from humanitarian aid was 5.5 billion drams or 1.6%
(38.2% reduction). State-funded construction and community-funded
construction were 52.4bln drams or 15.2% (8% reduction) and 15.3 bln
drams or 4.5% (72% increase) respectively.
Construction works paid for from international loans amounted to over
33.2 billion drams or 9.6% (15.4% growth), including 5,426.5mln from
the WB, 5,271.9mln drams from the EBRD, 19,106.1mln drams from the
Asian Development Bank, 2,130.1mln drams from German KfW and 1,312.3
