Razm.info reported that the special risk service of the Azerbaijani
ministry of emergency situations held a tactical drill of preemption
of sabotages near Mingechaur reservoir, the Azerbaijani APA News
Agency informed on November 21.
It is stated that the drills were led by Major General Meherrim
Hassanov, the first deputy head of the special risk service of the
Azerbaijani ministry of emergency situations.
During the drill the units of the service surrounded the part of the
reservoir where factor of risk exists afterwards dog trainers started
work, detecting the bomb set near the reservoir. Then the mine
clearance defused the bomb after moving it to a safe place.
