The paper says it has learned from sources that President Serzh
Sargsyan has already made a decision to nominate a candidate for the
National Security Council’s secretary.
It says that Artashes Geghamyan, the National Unity party’s leader
who represents the ruling Republican faction in parliament, is to
fill the vacant post.
The paper notes that Geghamyan learned English at age 50, probably
having in mind that his career was just going to face its boom.
