Hayrapetyan has launched a new business in Nagorno-Karabakh, Zhoghovurd
newspaper has learnt.

“He is reportedly building a new hotel complex in Shushi. The area
where the hotel complex is being constructed is called Isabulakh region
(Isahak fountain),” the newspaper writes.
