“No oligarch can become an oppositionist. I am sure that Prosperous
Armenia Party will not be able to bring about systemic changes in
the country,” the chairman of the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party
Narek Galstyan told reporters.
He said the country is in need of systemic changes. “However, I
think that the speeches made during a rally cannot change anything
in Armenia if clear actions are absent. In any case, we need to hear
speeches and see what happens,” Galstyan noted.
