DASHTADEM FORTRESS TO BE RESTORED IN ARMENIA

Armenia plans to restore the Dashtadem fortress, built in the 7th
century.
The Minister of Culture, Hasmik Poghosyan said that the first stage
of reconstruction works will cost $ 550 thousand and will begin in
the near future. The money will be taken from the Fund of Cultural
Property of the U.S. Embassy.
