DOLLAR SLIGHTLY DOWN IN ARMENIA

Thursday, July 17 The American national currency’s exchange rate,
against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 407.29/$1 in Armenia
on Tuesday, and this makes for an AMD 0.37 drop from Monday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 553.79 (down by AMD 1.48),
that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.85 (down by AMD 0.03), and the
rate of one British pound was AMD 697.93 (up by AMD 0.38), informed
the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 17,101.65,
AMD 276.69, and AMD 19,563.45, respectively.

Tuesday’s trading totaled USD 5.3 million at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock
exchange, and the trading session closed at AMD 407.35/$1.
