ARMENIA HAS NEW DEPUTY FM

YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan appointed Ambassador Garen Nazarian
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.

“Based on the President of Armenia’s decree [dated] July 18, 2007, I
[hereby] decide to appoint Garen Nazarian Deputy Minister of Foreign
Affairs of the Republic of Armenia,” the President’s respective decree
specifically states.

On April 22, Ambassador Nazarian was relieved of his duties as
Armenia’s Permanent Representative to the UN.
