During “New economic policy” economic conference initiated by four
non-governmental powers in Tsaghkadzor, Vardan Oskanyan indicated the
mistakes of Tigran Sargsyan’s government. Former Foreign Minister
separated four main mistakes, because of which, according to him,
during those six years the Government wasn’t able to provide stable
and high economic increase in Armenia.
