YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia on Tuesday issued a
message of congratulations to President Hassan Rouhani, and Supreme
Leader Seyyid Ali Khamenei of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Sargsyan congratulated Rouhani and Khamenei on the occasion of the
35th anniversary of the triumph of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.
