FOUR OF COUNTING BOARD MEMBERS INVITE SPECIAL MEETING

Four members of the counting board of Armenia’s parliament –
Artsvik Minasyan (ARF-D), Tigran Urikhanyan (Prosperous Armenia),
Tevan Poghosyan (Heritage) and Lyudmila Sargsyan (Armenian National
Congress) – informed journalists on Tuesday of their intention to
apply to Counting Board Chairman Sukias Avetisyan, Board members
Tachat Vardapetyan and Ishkhan Khachatryan, for holding a special
meeting in Armenia’s parliament on December 25.
“Two issues will be on the agenda: the legality of the December 23
vote and summing up the results,” Minasyan said. If other MPs refuse
to take part, four of them will hold the meeting.
As Secretary of the Counting Board Lyudmila Sargsyan has the right
to hold a meeting, he said.
