Russian Security Agencies Are Controlling Gyumri People
On November 29 it was difficult for ordinary citizens of Gyumri to
walk or drive their cars at the city center. They are followed closely
by the Russian security agencies, Federal Security Service and the
Police, who have arrived ahead of Putin’s visit on December 2.
Drivers of Gyumri say they are driving around in cars with plates of
different colors identifying the agency they serve, aravot.am reports.
