Armenian opposition MP gets consular appointments in Russia

Hrayr Karapetyan, a lawmaker of the opposition Armenian Revolutionary
Federation Dashnaksutyun, has been appointed Armenia’s Consul General
in St Petersburg and the northern regions of Russia.
Speaking to Tert.am, Karapetyan confirmed the report, saying that he
will be in his residence starting from next week to have meetings with
Russian regional governors and Armenian community representatives.
