117 STRIKING LAWYERS
Pastinfo reports that 117 lawyers confirmed to join the strike to
be held on June 10-11. The strikers are dissatisfied with double
standards applied by the Court of Cassation and its tendency to ignore
breaches.During the strike the lawyers will not attend court hearings
and other proceedings. The aim of the strike is to draw everyone’s
attention to the unacceptable style of the Court of Cassation.
By the way, not only lawyers but also the Constitutional Court is
dissatisfied with the activities of the Court of Cassation, which
does not implement the decisions of the Constitutional Court.
