Georgian Patriarch Ilya II to meet with Russian president

Georgian Patriarch Ilya II is going to meet today with Russia’s
President Vladimir Putin, Georgian News.ge reports.

During the press conference the Georgian Catholicos said that during
the meeting issues the Georgian people are interested in will be
discussed.

`The relations between Russia and Georgia are neither unnatural nor
normal. We should do everything possible to take these relations out
from the deadlock. I want to say that Russia has such wish,’ Ilya II
said.
