AMD 41MLN DONATED TO SYRIAN ARMENIANS WITHIN “HELP YOUR BROTHER” INITIATIVE

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Philanthropists, private individuals and
organizations donated about AMD 41mln within the framework of “Help
your brother” initiative, set up to support the Armenians of Syria.
The head of the Fund for Syrian Armenian Relief, member of
“Dashnaktsutyun” Party Lilit Galstyan and “Dashnaktsutyun” MP Vahan
Hovhannisyan said this in Yerevan today, Mediamax reports.
According to Hovhannisyan, today they are focused on rendering
assistance to Syrian Armenians on the spot, as well as supporting
several thousands of Syrian Armenians who arrived in Armenia and NKR.
Lilit Galstyan said that the unemployment is one of the key issues
of Syrian Armenians in Armenia.
